Picture Perfect Barry Island – A video blog

Barry Island is a coastal tourist attraction that forms a large part of the town of Barry, in the Vale of Glamorgan. Located in South Wales, it is easily accessible by train or by car. It’s known for its spectacular beach and the Barry Island Pleasure Park – an amusement park that has brought about a surge of tourists to the town since the 1950s.

However, the park had been shut down in 2014 following years of gradual decline. But, despite that the marvelous ocean views, the extensive promenade and family friendly facilities keeps it a favorite hang out for locals and tourists . Check out the video below for a glimpse of Barry Island.
